Questions people ask before booking
What kind of photography do you do?
Corporate event photography, brand and commercial photography, and business headshots, for companies across Yorkshire, the North of England and the whole of the UK. Conferences, awards nights, launches, team days and the imagery a brand needs for its website and LinkedIn.
How much does a corporate photographer cost?
My published rates are a Mini session at £350, a half day at £650 and a full day at £1,200, all plus VAT, and every one includes the fully edited gallery and full commercial usage. The day rates page has the detail, so there are no mystery quotes.
Do you travel outside Yorkshire?
Yes. I am based in Wakefield and work nationwide. Travel across the North of England is included in my prices, and anything further is quoted clearly up front. Recent work includes London, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle and Oxford.
How quickly will I get the photos?
Delivery is agreed at booking, and next-day turnaround is available for events where you want images live while the night is still fresh. Everything arrives in an online gallery you can share.
Can you cover a large event with more than one photographer?
Yes. I field photographer teams for conferences, awards nights and multi-room events, project managed by me: one point of contact, one consistent edit, one invoice. I have delivered team coverage for national brands including Domino's, and I work white label for agencies.
Can you organise video as well as photography?
Yes. I run photography and video as one booking with one point of contact. My video team is led by a producer with a Masters degree in Media Production, and highlight films start from £950 plus VAT.
Are you insured?
Fully insured, including public liability and professional indemnity, and a member of the Association of Photographers. Risk assessments and method statements are supplied for venues that need them.

WWE, Hilton, the UK Space Agency, Superdrug, Domino's, NG Bailey, Kingfisher, Decathlon and Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, alongside Yorkshire businesses, schools and charities. I am a three-time Yorkshire Prestige Award winner and a 2026 Wakefield Business Awards finalist.
