A team headshot day costs from £55 to £85 per person depending on team size, with a minimum booking of £600 plus VAT. That includes professional lighting at your office, individual direction, two retouched images per person, a full commercial licence and delivery promptly, on an agreed date.
How long does each person need in front of the camera?
Five to ten minutes each, around six people an hour. Everyone is guided through the whole thing, so nobody needs to know what to do with their hands. That is my job.
Do you come to our office?
Yes, every headshot day happens on site at your office, anywhere in Leeds, Wakefield, Yorkshire or nationwide. I bring a full studio setup and need roughly 3m by 4m of space, a meeting room is perfect.
How many people can you photograph in one day?
Up to about 45 people in a full day while keeping the quality high. Larger teams work brilliantly split across two days, or as a rolling monthly headshot day.
Can you keep new starters looking consistent with the team?
Yes. Monthly or quarterly photography days keep your headshot library current as people join, with every image matching the original set. Ask about retainer rates, they work out significantly cheaper than one off bookings.

Whatever they feel confident in that fits your brand. Ahead of the day I send a short guide covering colours, patterns and glasses so everyone arrives ready.
