What is included in a commercial shoot?

A planning call, a shot list built around how you will use the images, the shoot itself on location, and a fully edited gallery delivered within 48 hours.

What can we use the images for?

Website, social media, advertising, print and PR - the licence is included in your quote at no extra cost. I retain copyright and may use selected images in my portfolio.

How much does commercial photography cost?

Every job is quoted on scope, but pricing is built on straightforward half-day and full-day rates - see the pricing page or get in touch for a same-day quote.

Where do you shoot?

On location at your premises, on site with your team, or anywhere your brand lives. Recent commissions include retail launches, CSR campaigns and hospitality across the UK.

How quickly will we get the images?

Your full edited gallery is delivered within 48 hours of the shoot. Faster turnarounds can be agreed where a campaign deadline demands it.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. Chris Whittam Photography holds £2 million public liability insurance, with documentation available on request.

What are your payment terms?

A deposit secures your booking, with the balance invoiced on completion.

Do you charge for travel?

Travel is free within roughly 30 miles of Wakefield, covering Leeds and most of West Yorkshire. Further afield is agreed in your quote - I shoot nationwide.

How often should we refresh our brand photography?

Most brands benefit from a refresh every 6 to 12 months - new people, new products and new seasons all date your imagery faster than you expect.
